They are excellent - the tickets are guaranteed.
I have used them lots of times, the last for Joshua Klitchko. The seller let me down and could not deliver the tickets he had promised. The way stub hub works is that the seller is committed to deliver - so in this instance when he couldn't, stub hub source the equivalent tickets or better and automatically bill the original seller with any price differential. It's a good model.

Waited till after the initial rush of people after a profit and actually picked some up slightly under face vale

Viagogo has done me well, both for buying (at about 5 times the asking price) and selling (for a bumper pay load).
